At Thunderpants, we want you to feel as bold as our prints, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimate apparel must have all tags attached and show no signs of wear.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
